On arrival at the Phnom Penh international airport, our driver will well come and transfer you to hotel in the city. Enjoy dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Phnom Penh
Today we head to the Royal Palace, a magnificent example of Khmer architecture, which was built in 1866. We will see the Throne Hall and the Napoleon III Pavilion. Then we will visit the Silver Pagoda which is located on the south side of the Royal Place. Your children will be very excited to walk on the silver tiles of the Silver Pagoda for the clippity-clop noises which is made by their feet. Take your children to explore the gardens filled with numerous kinds of flowers and big topiary trees with the shape of animals, teapots and other amazing shapes. Your family will have a nice picnic lunch at a Buddha grotto set on the top of a small manmade hill.
In the afternoon, you can take your children to the Phnom Penh Water Park. In the Park, there are a lot of waterslides, a large jungle gym and numerous shallow areas for smaller kids to play. At weekend is the best time for your family to visit the park as the largest slides are typically turned off during the week.
In the morning, we will visit Wat Phnom temple. Your children will have a nice day at the temple which has a well-maintained playground with equipment for all ages of children located just outside the temple. You can buy some popcorn and fruit from the nearby venders to enjoy in the Wat Phnom’s gardens but watch out for the monkeys. Although the monkeys are lovely, they can be aggressive if your children have food. Then we will take a drive to Sihanouk Ville for a beach relaxation and fun. In the evening, your family will enjoy dinner with tasty Cambodian seafood.
Your family will have a relaxing time on the 10 km long beach which stretches over the whole length of the town. Moreover, dozens of small islands which are just a short boat ride away and make a perfect tropical getaway will be an ideal place for your family to have a swimming, snorkeling or scuba diving. Today, we will take a boat to visit some of the island lying offshore Sihanouk Ville. Firstly, we will visit Russei, also known as Bamboo Island. On arrival, we will hike through the forest across the island to reach the pristine beach with a lot of casuarinas in the North of the Island. Spend time to relax or your family can join some water activities such as sunbathing, snorkeling and swimming.
You will have great morning to soak up the sun and sea. Spend time to swim or relax on the beach. After lunch, we will transfer to the Sihanouk Ville airport for a flight to Siem Reap. On arrival, check in hotel and have a rest.
Today we will visit Cambodia’s key tourist attraction the Angkor Archaeological Park, just 6 kms away to the North of Siem Reap. Cover an area of over 400 square kilometers, including forested area, the Park contains the magnificent remains of several capitals of the Khmer Empire of the 9th to the 15th centuries. The most famous are the Temple of Angkor Wat and the Bayon Temple at Angkor Thom with its countless sculptural decorations. Angkor Thom can be the most exciting place for your kids in Siem Ripe. Your kids can ride on the back of an elephant to stroll around the the roads near Angkor Thom or explore the huge walled compound. Your kids will also get an impression of the Terrace of the Elephants where they can see a long wall carved with elephants. Our tour covers the famous Bayon Temple, Phimeanakas Temple within the Royal Palace enclosure, Baphuon Temple, and the Terrace of the Leper King.
In the morning, we continue to explore other temples and sites at the Park including temples of Thommanon, Takeo, one of Angkor's great mountains temple, Ta Prohm which becomes part of the jungle, Banteay Kdei with attractive carvings, Srah Srang, Prasat Kravan unique brick sculptures. Your family with kids will have a nice day with a visit to Angkor Wat. The temple is very amazing for your kids as they will have a fun to explore every corner and check out the intricately carved stones. There is a horse ride available for you to stroll around the pond.
After breakfast, we will drive to visit the temple of Beng Mealea. On the way, we will have chance to experience a nice village and green fields. Come to the Temple with dense jungle, we can discover the carving and others by the lovely narrow passage way. After that we will visit Prasat Chao Srei Vibol. After lunch, we will have an exciting time with a horse ride to visit some of the places which is otherwise unreachable, through local countryside villages, scenic rice fields and tourist-free temple ruins. You will have chance to experience an authentic Khmer lifestyle from horseback.
In the morning, free at leisure till your departure transfer. End of service
