Our guides, We like Phuong, tour guide in the North (we called him as "Smiley") his knowledge of the relevant information, and his enthusiasm for his job were all excellent !.  He has a charming personality and a wonderful sense of humor. He was also very flexible and accommodating, and he adjusted our trip to meet our interests and our speed of touring.  We thought that the itinerary established by your tour company was outstanding.  There was a nice balance between seeing the traditional tourist sites and a chance to see the local people in their neighborhoods.    Overall, we would say that we had an outstanding trip with your company, and we would recommend your company (and Smiley, in particular) to anyone interested in visiting Vietnam.
