On arrival at Phnom Penh airport, well come and transfer to the hotel by our guide and driver. A city tour around Phnom Penh will be arranged depending on the time of your arrival. We will spend time to visit Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. By a visit to National Museum, we will have chance to see the world’s most wondrous collection of Khmer culture. After that, we will visit Wat Phnom where the Khmer people often go to and pray for success, happiness, health, and luck. In the morning, have dinner with delicious local cuisine. We will start the new day by taking an excursion to Tonle Batie 40 km from Phnom Penh. Here, we will visit a pair of old Angkorian-era temples named Ta Prohm and Yeay Poev. In the afternoon, continue to visit the harrowing Tuol Sleng Museum. The next spot we will visit is the Killing Field of Choeung Ek where prisoners from Security Prison 21 are taken for execution. It is very worthy for visitors to understand how far the Cambodian has come in the intervening years.
After breakfast in the hotel, we will transfer to Phnom Penh airport for a domestic flight to Siem Riep. On arrival Siem Riep, transfer to the town and check in hotel. After that, we will visit the Angkor Wat temples- a world wonder in Cambodia. Our first destination is Angkor Thom and the unique temple of Bayon. It is a group of 54 gothic towers which were decorated with 216 coldy smiling, enormous faces glaring down from every angle. Then we will visit Baphoun temple – one of the most Angkor magnificent temples in its heyday. We continue to visit Terrace of Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King. In the late afternoon, we will have time to experience the sunset from the Phnom Bakheng Hill. Overnight in Siem Riep
In the morning, we will continue the journey by visiting the charming temple of the Banteay Kdei which is considered the jewel in the crown of Angkorian art. The name of the temple means Citadel of the Women which is also means that the temple must be built by women because the elaborate carvings are not suitable for hands of men. After lunch, it time for us to visit the Banteay Samre which was built at the same time with Angkor Wat. Due to some extensive renovation work, the temple is in a fairly healthy state of preservation. The last site we visit in this afternoon is the monuments of Rolous which used to serve as Indravarman I’s capital. Built by the Khmer, the temple marks the beginning of the age of Khmer classical art. Overnight in Siem Riep.
Today, we continue exploring the Angkor Wat. In the morning, our first destination is the fabulous Ta Prohm which is embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. Then, we head to Pre Rup temple, East Mebon temple, and Neak Poan temple. After lunch, visit some temples of Krovan temple, Royal Bath of Srah Srang . Overnight in Siem Riep.
In the morning, take a short bus to visit Tonle Sap Lake. Then, we will take a motored boat cruising past a floating village and visiting a local school in this floating village. Back to Siem Riep and spend time to go shopping in local market, buying some souvenirs for memory in Siem Riep. Our driver will drive you to the airport for a flight home. End of service.
